Biography & experience

In 2008-2014 worked as legal adviser in Open Joint Stock Company “Sevastopolgas”
(Sevastopol, Crimea). The scope of responsibilities included legal support of the company; contractual work; representing company’s interests in civil, commercial, administrative lawsuits.

In period of 2014-2015 worked as legal adviser in several companies in Kyiv. At this period his responsibilities were solving of controversial legal issues; pre-litigation work with insolvent bank; claim administration; drafting, negotiation and execution of the commercial, trade contracts, standard agreements, notarized contracts; legal advising on certain tax code’s issues.

In 2017-2018 worked as legal councel in LLC "Gas trade Company" and OJSC "Kyivgas", Kyiv. Specialized on contractual work; developing of legal positions in cases; participating in procedural activities of the regulatory authorities; protection the Company interests before state authorities; representation the Company before organisations, institutions and companies during managing legal matters; contractual issues; representing Company’s interests in Commercial court.
