In 1993 graduated Institute of International Relations of Taras Shevchenko National University with an international law honors degree. Honors degree.
From 1993 to 1996, he studied at the graduate school of the Institute of International Relations of Taras Shevchenko National University. In 2000 and 2003, he completed an internship at the University of Iowa, Iowa City, USA. In 2003 he completed an internship under the TEMPUS program at the University of Regensburg, Regensburg, Germany.
From August 2004 to July 2005, he was a visiting research scholar under the JFDP program under a grant from the US Department of State at the Law School of George Washington (received a diploma of completion of the program). During this visit he was an intern in the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, Washington, D.C. Researched and prepared memoranda on legal issues including patents, trademarks, and employment rights. Prepared bench briefs of cases for the law clerks.
In 2010 completed an internship under the Erasmus Mundus program at the Institute of Economics and Law of the University of Rotterdam (Erasmus University of Rotterdam). Fluent in English and French. Author of 61 scientific publications.
